CXC/Ordinary Level

The Handyman is responsible for the care and maintenance of grounds and executing minor repairs and maintenance of the building. The officer is also required to assist with the receipt, distribution and stocking of stores for the Facility.

The Groundsman is responsible for the care and maintenance of grounds and performs under the close supervision of a senior officer and is reviewed through inspections.

The Food Demonstrator is responsible for conducting lectures/demonstrations in the Health Centers to effect lifestyle changes in the community at large.

The Electrocardiograph Technician administers tests by operating Electrocardiograph (single or multi-channel recording equipment) to record various leads reflecting the electrical currents emanating from the heart muscle; prepares patients for testing.

The Driver/Messenger is responsible for driving a vehicle for transport of persons and/or materials. Work occasionally involves the performance of manual tasks such as assisting in the loading or unloading of tools and/or supplies and the keeping of simple records.

The Domestic Supervisor is responsible for supervising a small group of subordinates engaged in cleaning and other light custodial work and plans. He/She allocates and checks work of subordinates through inspections and general observations.

The Dialysis Technician is required to perform hemodialysis at the highest levels. He/She is also required to adhere to hospital policies and protocols.

The Dark Room Technician is responsible for the processing of x-ray films in an X-ray Department of a hospital or health facility and work also involves the cleaning of the photographic equipment and preparation of solutions for film processing.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients on behalf of the ERHA by ensuring all customer requirements are met.

The Cook I is responsible for the preparation of therapeutic meals in an institution or hospital. Work may involve preparation of delicacies and special meals.
