The Deputy Press Secretary shall support the Press Secretary in carrying out the Mission of the Office of Communications and assume all responsibilities as designated by the Press Secretary.

Responsible for the installation and maintenance of highly complex medical equipment, scheduling preventive maintenance, and training subordinate staff and users.

Provides public health nursing services, assists with immunization programs, and conducts home visits within a health district.

Manages primary healthcare in an assigned district, focuses on disease prevention, and coordinates community health programs.

Oversees and manages activities related to hospital administration, including facilities maintenance, project coordination, and service delivery improvement.

Provides nutrition counseling, develops diet plans, and ensures optimal meal services for patients with various medical conditions.

Supervises and evaluates medical equipment performance, conducts safety tests, arranges training for clinical engineering staff, and ensures compliance with hospital safety standards.

Manages maintenance and safety of biomedical equipment, coordinates training for technicians, performs technical repairs, and ensures compliance with safety standards.

Provides scientific and technical support in laboratory services, ensures quality control, analyzes laboratory statistics, and verifies laboratory test results.

Provides social and psychological support to bereaved relatives, organizes funerals for unclaimed corpses, and ensures cultural and religious requirements are met.
