The Infection Control Officer is responsible for developing and implementing practical and effective Hospital policies and procedures for Infection Control and to monitor the application of such.

The Human Resource Officer III is responsible for providing organizational direction and leadership in the provision of appropriate training and education for the staff of the Authority.

The Human Resources Officer III is responsible for developing and advising on and implementing policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the Authority.

The Human Resource Officer II is responsible for providing technical Human Resources support to appropriate Human Resources personnel (where applicable) to ensure the efficient delivery of Employee and Employment Services to support the Human Resources function in the Authority.

The Human Resource Officer I (Recruitment & Selection) is responsible for supporting the organization in achieving their targets/goals through the recruitment and selection of suitably competent and qualified staff that can support the delivery of quality health care.

The Human Resources Officer I is responsible for providing Human Resources administrative support services so that established Human Resources Management objectives of the Authority are achieved.

The Human Resources Officer I is responsible for supporting the organization in achieving their targets/goals in respect to Pensions and Benefit Administration.

The Human Resources Officer I (Contract Administration) is responsible for providing administrative and technical support on employee matters and is expected to operate both independently and interdependently as required.

The Human Resources Officer III is responsible for developing and advising on and implementing policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the Authority.

The Human Resource Officer III (Industrial Relations) is required to provide advice to Mangers/Supervisors and employees regarding the prevention and resolution of grievances (conflict management), union consultation, performance management processes, employment legislation and award provisions and wage negotiations.
