The Manager-Security Services is responsible for developing, managing and coordinating all security- related activities of the Authority and monitors the personnel of contracted Security Services to ensure the provision and maintenance of efficient, effective and quality security services and a safe and secure environment throughout the ERHA in accordance with the overall objectives, policies and procedures and statutory obligations and guidelines of the Authority.

The Manager-Para Clinical Services is responsible for supervising the Para Clinical services such as Radiology, Laboratory, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Medical Records.

The Manager-Human Resource Planning plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization's workforce is aligned with its strategic goals and objectives. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that Human Resources activities and support are responsive to the strategic objectives of the Authority as directed by the General Manager-Human Resources.

The incumbent is required to provide technical services in the management, operations and maintenance of the computer centre hardware, software, systems and related infrastructure of the Authority.

The incumbent is required to provide general business analysis and programming support services to the Authority.

The incumbent is required to provide technical services for software application systems of the Authority.

The incumbent is required to provide specialized technical services in the administration and maintenance of the security of all ICT infrastructure of the Authority.

The Infection Control Nurse is responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of an Infection Control Programme at the Sangre Grande Hospital or other health care facility.

The Infection Control Officer is responsible for developing and implementing practical and effective Hospital policies and procedures for Infection Control and to monitor the application of such.

The Human Resource Officer III is responsible for providing organizational direction and leadership in the provision of appropriate training and education for the staff of the Authority.
